There is a .pst file that stores all your SharePoint List information for Outlook.
- Delete the SharePoint List folders in Outlook.
- Close and logoff of Outlook
- Navigate to C:/Users/<username>/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Outlook
- Delete the “SharePoint List.pst”
- Reconnect with all your SharePoint Lists!

Start Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options. On the Connections tab, click LAN settings. elect the Bypass proxy server for local addresses check box, and then click Advanced. Type the FQDN of the SharePoint server, and then click OK. Restart Outlook.
